Lamudumu: The swimsuits were part of a summer event that ended right before the Halloween event started. I'm not sure if there's a way of getting them now. You'll eventually get a voucher that you can exchange for a black swimsuit by the npc's in Mor Dhona, as part of the veteran rewards program.
